Ruby is the best and does an incredible job!
One of the sloppier (and more expensive) gel manicures I've had. Based on the other reviews, maybe it was just a bad day? She painted outside the cuticle on almost every finger and had to remove the excess, and she cut my cuticle at one point. FYI she only accepts cash and Zelle.
