Nancy gave me a wonderful pedicure!
This used to be my favorite nail salon in Austin. But the quality keeps going down and the price is going up. I get builder gel and I always feel like it’s always done very fast but messy. And I always leave with bubbles or dust under the polish.
The work was pretty but she rushed through my service left my cuticles dry. No cuticle oil or lotion at the end like everyone else. Update: I do not appreciate the gaslighting. After she finished the nail’s themselves she told me “all done” raised her palms and backed her chair away from the desk. She did not make an attempt to reach for the lotion or get the cuticle oil. I stood up and even hesitated walking away because I had not received my ticket yet. I’m sure you have cameras feel free to check the facts.
loved the speed, precision, and fantastic customer service here. vicky was such a pro, i was out in 40 minutes with a beautiful gel manicure with chrome! obsessed!!
