I’ve been coming here every 2-3 weeks since they opened for gel manicures, eyebrow waxing, and pedicures, and they’re always excellent. At this point they treat me like a bar regular: I walk in and Crystal, their lovely receptionist, says “Hey Jack! The usual?” Unless you’re doing some specialty designs or coming with a big group, they always have staff available to see walk-ins 10 minutes.
I got the lux stone pedicure; everything was great, but when it came to the application of gel, it felt very, very rushed. The lady that was doing my service was quite literally like scraping off the remainder product that was left in the bottle. She also cut my nails way too short , and she left gel on my skin and cured it , nail techs I’ve been to before never done that if anything they are extremely careful to clean any area of the skin were gel was accidentally left , on one of my toes it was almost peeling off and that’... read more
I love it here great customer service, nice staff, and amazing nail work from all technicians. Book appointment with yen (Male) he’s my favorite very knowledgeable in his work.
