10/10 for Erica’s service. I’ve become a loyal customer to her because she makes the experience delightful and an easy process. Erica also uses high quality products for her services because I have never gotten issues with it (I have sensitive skin).
Erica is professional, easy to get along with, and accommodating. She took time to explain the process of lash extensions, because it was my first time. She made sure I didn’t have any allergies that would make the lash glue irritate my eyes. Erica did the “classic” on my lashes. It looked natural, but elevated natural. I have had so many compliments over the past 2 weeks on my lashes. They lasted a full 2 weeks for me. They still look good, but have thinned out. I have been recommending her to all of my friends.
Outstanding wax by Erica!!! I’m a longtime NYC girlie and we are very particular about our Brazilians. Erica was great and so warm and friendly! I will be back - it was a great experience.
