All of the girls are very polite friendly & all do excellent work.
I went there when I first moved to New Farm and had the worst SNS and now drive to Ascot to get my nails done. I was short on time recently so went back for a pedicure, thinking that they couldn’t stuff that up. They use a manual nail file and have damaged both my little toes by filing into the nail bed and now I can’t get shellac or polish on either toe.
I’ve been visiting this nail salon for quite some time now and have never left disappointed. They always greet me warmly the moment I walk through the door. The team is highly skilled and attentive, ensuring that my nails are always taken care of beautifully. They’re often busy, so there may be a short wait for your appointment, but it’s absolutely worth it. Lily and Krystal are my go-to specialists—Krystal, thank you especially for the perfect French tips! Looking forward to my next BIAB infill soon.
I found this service to not take responsibility for there right to inform customers regarding services. My nails are severely damaged 3 days after the services. They still wanted me to pay full price, and that my nails are the issue, as apparently they are week. I have not experienced this to be true when using other service, as they make sure to give me advice to what potential damage each different nail service could have on my nails. Will not use this service again. Note the brakes and different lengths.
Lovely staff, clean facilities, good vibes. They did a perfect job on my mani/pedi. Will absolutely be coming back.
