Foxy's is second to none. Have enjoyed coming here for over 20 years. Can't find a better breakfast or any meal for that matter. Innovative and delicious dishes. The service by a friendly and helpful staff is terrific. The topper, though, is that the owner sings like Caruso; Enrico not Rick. Matthew, age five, highly recommends the lentil soup.
