Foxy's was my mothers favorite restaurant in the 90's and we ate there at least once a week! I have to say I love the Decour and atmosphere and friendly staff! Now for the hard part, the food though however definitely not the same as it used to be I don't know how to describe it! Nothing seemed fresh! Chicken didn't taste good, salsa was old and even a simple thing like hash browns didn't taste right! I think the restaurant could use new blood in the kitchen because it use to be much better!
I never leave Glendale without a stop at Foxy's, Best spot in town.
