I had tried a "mall store" and got a bad prescription and no real help or customer care afterward. Adolph Optical turned out the opposite. The office is so friendly that it's like family. After my exam, in 2 days they had delivered a sample pack of toric contact lenses -- not one set, a pack of 5 for each eye. They scheduled a follow up exam after the samples came in and I had a chance to wear them for a few days to verify that everything was right. I have rarely seen such good, friendly, and professional service.
Simply the best opticians in Northern Ohio, bar none. Tom, Tina and the entire staff are highly professional, fun and wonderful to work with. Their world class efforts gauarantee prompt delivery and excellent fittings on every visit. They were trained by the best, Al & Donna Barrracoto. I cannot believe how very kind Dr. Adolph was to me today! I was given his name as someone who would be the most likely to help me. When my bad cleaning habits (cleaning my lenses with any blouse or t-shirt I was wearing) scratched my glasses... and more scratches after a few Pinterest suggestions trying to remove those scratches failed miserably, I was desperate for a quick fix since I could no longer see clearly out of them. I've been coming here for probably 20 years from my first pair of glasses as a kid to now! I always love the frames I walk away with and the staff are always great about helping me find exactly what I'm looking for even if I don't know yet! I get so many compliments on my current pair! The staff are always so nice and know me by name! I love coming here!!

I wanted to thank the Doctor, Tom and Mary for their help today. Being a local Highland Square(er)? I cannot give my experience in the past repairing old frames and picking out my new ones today enough stars. And lets face it, complimentary Jelly Beans and coffee as I waited in the charm of a Century Home in the Square? This cannot be beat.
