Went in there wanting to buy a Kitchen sink faucet & faucets for my newly built home & stood there for a while and received no help when their was clearly 3 people working and 1 of them was helping a couple nobody bother to come and ask me what I was interested in so I left and won’t ever come to this place. Maybe they thought I wasn’t going to buy anything but they lost my business. Horrible customer service!

They take care of their customers! We have done a lot of business with this locally owned business and it’s nice to know when you have a problem they don’t put you off!! My sink came loose from my granite countertop this morning and they came right out to get it fixed! Andrew took care of us!! He was here, cleaned up the old glue and reattached the sink in no time. From the time we called and Andrew finished.... less than 3 hours! Great customer service!!
Adobe Walls does beautiful work! Torie and Micah are very knowledgeable and so nice to work with. They always respond to texts and phone calls immediately and are quick to answer any questions! They did a wonderful job on our (Omega Homes) parade home in Strawberry Fields!
Done several kitchens here. Had issues on my last one, time frame got bumped, measure guy was late, exact slab we picked wasnt used and got a horrible “spot” in the slab we received. Was told theyd take care of me on the next one. Well that lady no longer works here and Micah proceeded to call me a liar and said “they’ve never had those issues ever and id be 1 in a million” guess ill change my review from good to bad
My 3-4 day job (granite, backsplash, sink, and faucet took a month. I was without a functioning kitchen (no countertops, cooktop, or sink) for 3 weeks. While we are pleased with the end result, and the workers in our home were respectful,and efficient (except for the gentleman who cut my wiring and destroyed the plumbing), I wouldn’t do business with them again.
