I just went Saturday evening with a friend. I ordered the Shrimp Chimichanga. Ummm, they ‘forgot’ to fry it? Seems like they just put it in the oven to try and make the tortilla a little hard. And it only had a few tables when we got there. So, why did it take forever to get out food?? A few other tables came in after us, and they were getting their food fast. What the heck man?? The place stayed sparse the whole time we were there... I see why. At least the food was tasty and the margaritas were good.

Let me tell you a story about Claudia. Many years ago my husband and I came in for dinner. I started coughing and could not stop. Claudia went in the back and made me hot tea with honey and lemon. So very thoughtful and it did the trick. She and Eric always greet their customers with a smile and even though I can tell she's busy, she always allows my husband to ramble on a bit. Me and my family enjoyed Adobe yesterday and the food was really great! Cucumber margaritas were a hit...BUT what was even better than the food and drinks..our server, Jennifer! She was so sweet. Very warm and so attentive! She knows her job and she made the whole visit just an overall amazing experience.

I recently had an amazing experience at La Carreta on Bluebonnet. I had the nachos as an app and the shrimp chimichanga as my meal. The food was amazing and my server above all else blew me away. Her name is Vanessa and she not only was very knowledgeable about the menu but I learned that she has been there for a while. She provided me with the best customer service experience that I've ever had there. This is a great family place to go and grab some even better food.
