I've worked with this company a few times and had a pleasant time each time. They're quick to answer questions and they're quick to address minor website glitch. They are extremely polite on the phone and the product is exactly as described. Best price I could find as well.
Terrible customer service, I ordered 1000 50-50 tickets and 500 event tickets and the event tickets were from a old order. I was charged for all 3 and when they cancelled the event ticket but they cancelled the wrong one and sent me the old one and know nobody can help me!! They want me to repay for the tickets since my order was a custom order!! The lady on the phone just told me how I messed up and it was not their fault. Yes you may save a couple dollars ordering from here but PLEASE SAVE A HEADACHE AND DO NOT!!

I was about to buy a product for approx. $7.00, and the ground shipping cost is $13.00. Are you KIDDING me!? I think the ground shipping cost of a product is ridiculous! Especially when the product cost twice as LESS as the shipping cost. I will NEVER but anything from Admit One unless they offer a reasonable shipping cost.

Hi Dennis, thank you for your feedback. We use Fed Ex as our shipping method because we ship tickets which are like money. From your post we cannot tell what you are ordering, however if you call customer service we would be happy to look into shipping this order USPS.
Tickets were printed fast and at a great price! The re-order was printed even faster than the original order! Couldn't be happier and definitely helped make the fundraiser in doing easier!!!!
