I really enjoy working with Admit One. From the moment I called, Kathy Orozco, began taking great care of me. As the Promotional Manager for a top brewery I'm constantly throwing short deadlines and crazy ideas her way and every time weve had exactly what we needed. Jackie was INCREDIBLY helpful and made ordering our tickets extremely simple. I did some research on which company to use prior to going with Admit One but I'll have to say, Jackie's prompt responses and great customer service made it an easy decision.

I just completed my 12th order with Admit One and as always, I couldn't be happier. It is SO easy to create the tickets on the website and they remain in your order history so editing for a recurring event is simple. I've always received my tickets on time and they looked exactly as presented on the website. Customer Service is excellent. I've dealt with them twice. Once they alerted me to a typo I had missed and once I had a shipping question. Both times my call was returned within an hour, my issue was resolved immediately... read more
