i moved away from philly a few years ago and still haven't been able to find a hair salon that's as good at curly hair cuts/highlights as this one
I went here about a month ago for a wash and press. It took me about 45 minutes after my scheduled time for them to even begin washing my hair. They left me under the dryer for almost an hour because they had double booked. When they rinsed my hair she scraped so hard that I later found cuts on my scalp. They used so much heat on my hair which i previously asked them not to. I’m talking 5ish passes for one section. Great experience, I love the friendliness of everyone in the shop but Jay got me right first time here and I definitely will be back for him nobody ever did my hair this good in the whole Philadelphia…
Very prompt and professional !!!Not many stylist that are good at their craft and give great customer service its normally one or the other but this one is very classy and gives you both! I got the pindot micro twist from the owner Deb she has been a staple in the industry for 30 + years and was one of the first black owned salons in center city ..She knows her shit!!
