I just moved out. It's affordable, but everything comes at a price. It's roach-infested. I used to get my apt sprayed monthly, but they still need to remove them. It's all types of species of roaches. I have heard a few occupants don't see any, but those are who have been on the property for years or are lying cause they don't want to admit they have a roach infestation.
