Staff were very helpful and kind! Love that the clinic clearly cares about being part of the community.
Absolutely LOVED admirals walk optometry! I needed a new optometrist and went in for a basic eye exam. It was very robust, and the staff was very kind, welcoming, and informative. I instantly felt at home with the vibe of the clinic, and would highly recommend them for your eye care needs. 11/10, couldn’t be more pleased.
Unfortunately, very unprofessional and uninformed when it comes to insurance matters. In the middle of our conversation, the staff member abruptly stopped talking to me and turned to help another customer without any explanation. I found this extremely disrespectful. Disappointed with the way I was treated at Admirals Walk Optometry Clinic.
I want to thank the staff for having me in and giving me some beautiful new glasses even though I haven't had to use them yet. My eyes seem to have calm down from their little raging event, lol You accommodated me the minute.I walked in the door and helped me with your tests and fitted me with glasses the same day. I believe an eye clinic should be a clean and controlled environment. It might be better to keep pets at home rather than in the clinic, as some patients could have allergies .
