Took me in on short notice to remove a foreign body from my eye. Very professional and skilled staff.
The staff at admirals have usually been wonderful but I was upset at my experience with them when I overheard a conversation being made especially when young kids were there. I was waiting to pick up my grandmother from her appointment and the discussions I overheard were extremely inappropriate and disappointing to hear. I felt very uncomfortable when I overheard a staff member discussing their sexual orientation in public while making comments about which patients they found attractive. I’ve been going here for a few years now, and everyone I’ve spoken to has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and accommodating. The environment itself is super welcoming too! I recommend them all the time :)
Dr. Dennis, Zoe and the entire Admirals Walk team are absolutely amazing! I have never walked out of an eye exam feeling so confident about my prescription. Dr Dennis took the time to help me understand my eye health and awnser any questions I had. The front team were super kind and welcoming. The frame collection being majority Canadian made it easy to find a great pair with that extra bouns of supporting local.
