We had an emergency plumbing need on Sunday. I called Admiral plumbing and yes actually got a live person on the phone. First of all they scheduled an appointment within a few hours of my call. There was no upfront fee just to go out and see what the problem was. We were called and advised of the plumbers progress as our appointment time grew closer.
