We had to have our water heater replaced (emergency). The technician, Joe P, did an outstanding job, and the office staff was very helpful and courteous as well. Great job. Very satisfied with service.
He came, assessed the problem and resolved it with no hassle, on time and with budget. Ryan was very good and didn't hype. Best of all, he arrived early!
Got here a head of schedule and fixed everything quickly!
From the first call on a Saturday, it was evident we were dealing with professionals who really cared. from The ladies who answered the calls, to the plumbers who did the work it was first class all the way. Ryan did a great job diagnosing the problem, he knew where to go immediately once we described the issues we were having. Ryan and James did a fantastic job , and we are most grateful. Admiral all the way for any future plumbing work, we couldn't be happier.
I rate them overall Good. They were here 30 minutes and changed an outside hose bib and overcharged me $195. Wow. Plumber was nice as can be and did a very good job. Nice fellow and a pro at his work. I give him 5 stars but the company 2 stars for over pricing the job. May not call them next time I'm afraid.
Chris was prompt, quickly grasped the situation, provided an estimate withing 5 minutes and went right to work. The whole process took 1 hour and he buttoned everything up and best of all cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Admiral plumbing to my friends and will be using them when the situation arises again in the future. Thanks again Chris !
I didn't know who to call for my problem & got your name from a friend. So glad I asked him. I was totally satisfied with the young man ( Joe Kelly ) that came to my home. A very polite & knowledgable young man. He went right to work & didn't stop till he finished. I had to call for a plumber again for my neighbor & called Admiral & asked for Joe. They were very prompt in coming out, very professional, took about 10 minutes and they were done. Chris L. was very polite and courteous, would recommend you to my friends.
I really lucked out! I got Admiral's name from the internet and called them. They did a wonderful job . Joe K , the serviceman was helpful, knowledgable, and personable. Service was great and I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.
