I placed an order with Admatch and was quoted a 40 day turnaround time. After reaching out to Admatch when the product was due I was told it would be a month late. After another month went by, I reached out and was told it would be ANOTHER month late. The product was no longer needed by my client since it was long overdue, but they demanded payment, without even an apology. Upon payment, I was told the order would ship from their California warehouse right away with a 2 day transit to las Las Vegas. Days turned into a week a... read more

I want to share one very positive experience with this company. I needed some loose 1.5 inch matches to fill a silver matchbook case that belonged to my grandparents. After looking on their website, they didn't appear to have what I needed so I wrote them. The President responded within 24 hours and, although my order was too small for them, offered to send me some free samples of what I needed.
