After another month went by, I reached out and was told it would be ANOTHER month late. I want to share one very positive experience with this company. I needed some loose 1.5 inch matches to fill a silver matchbook case that belonged to my grandparents. After looking on their website, they didn't appear to have what I needed so I wrote them. The President responded within 24 hours and, although my order was too small for them, offered to send me some free samples of what I needed.
