I am always treated well at Atkins. They have always been timely, professional, and friendly. I trust everyone there to have my best interest at heart.
I’ve been a patient since moving to KY in 2009 and couldn’t be happier. Glad Tori is back to put her special touch on my cleanings. Doc is always super friendly and always shoots me straight. I feel bad when I lie to Tori by telling her I’ll start flossing after she scolds me (in a friendly way) for not flossing. 😊
I have previously moved to Lexington and I have encountered some very rude people. When I first arrived to my appointment the staff greet me very friendly. I didn’t have to wait long and had my two sons with me. They were super kid friendly as well. Victoria was so sweet and Complemented my sons and even hugged them as we was leaving. Dr Adkins and her staff made me feel at home. I would highly recommend their office to anyone!
I have been a happy patient for several years. Recently, I chipped a small place on my tooth and called for an appointment. They got me in the next day (even though it wasn't an emergency) because I was going out of town and they wanted to make sure everything was ok before I left. I was taken back within a couple minutes of arriving and received prompt treatment. I've been going there this year and so far so good. The staff is awesome. Dr. Ruth Adkins is amazing. She can pull a tooth out in 10 seconds with no pain.
Since my first visit many years ago, I've felt like family. Happy to see the business continue to grow!
