Not sure why there are so many 1 stars. Both the receptionist and the dentist were very sweet and friendly to me. The receptionist at one point even spoke on the phone with me for about 15-20 minutes gently explaining her opinion on what she thought I should do and trying to calm my nervousness about the appointment and possibilities of dentures. The staff here was nice. But once you went back and the doctor came to see you it went down hill. Zero bedside manner didn't introduce who she was when she walked in and told me what I needed done and that I had to make another appointment. Than laid me back in my chair and just open my mouth for me and started pocking around. Then it was my daughter turns again does not introduce who she is laid her back and again opened her mouth for her. She starting pocking around her gums and then started doing the cleaning. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this dentist. The appointment felt rushed, and it seemed like multiple teeth were skipped rather than being thoroughly examined and cleaned. To make matters worse, one of my teeth was chipped during the visit. I expected careful, professional treatment, but I left feeling like my care had been rushed and handled carelessly. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
Daiona that works at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She’s so kind, understanding and was able to work with my difficult schedule. I highly recommend Dr.Adkins as well due to her great work with dental hygiene, dentures and much more. I’ve gone to her since 2016 and don’t have a single complaint.
