Daiona that works at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She’s so kind, understanding and was able to work with my difficult schedule. I highly recommend Dr.Adkins as well due to her great work with dental hygiene, dentures and much more. I’ve gone to her since 2016 and don’t have a single complaint. I called Atkins, to get me an appointment for dentures. My first appointment the doctor comes out to the lobby tells me that he is not going to accept me as a new patient mainly because I have piercings in my face. She advises me that I need to call my insurance and find another provider, even though her location is the only dentist that accepts my insurance. Upon exiting the office, I turned around to go back into ask a question and the ladies locked the doors on me! I was not rude I did not cuss I was actually in tears fro... read more
My teeth that my insurance paid for didn't fit my mouth and I didn't know that once you take the teeth out of the building they don't go back and fix the problem unless i wanted to pay for a new set
