Called and talked with an office lady! We started service and I asked if someone would bring a 96 gallon toter over! She said it would be there the next day and it was. Great service! Have asked another company to pick up their toter and tried another to bring one with no attempt! Appreciate the quick service! That's how it should be!

Switched to Adkins as soon as they opened! We absolutely hated WM who constantly left trash cans open and sometimes even just tossed them in the yard. Adkins is simply the best disposal service out there....I believe with word of mouth, we have converted our entire neighborhood to Adkins! LOVE THEM!

Changed from 5 to 1 star. There has been trash sitting in front of my neighbor's house for over a month. Driver empties barrels but does not take the rest. Called last week and receptionist said she'd look into it. Driver tells me this morning he is not taking it because they will just keep doing it. Hello?!?! You are a trash company. Isn't your job, to take the trash??
