Started out with awesome service and awesome price while the price is still great the service is going down hill drivers are becoming vary lazy and won’t even pick the the cab if it’s more that 5’ of the curb (which is a challenge seeing how I have a ditch right by mine and can’t get it any closer with out blocking driveway) and they are becoming so lazy they can’t even flip up the lid after dumping them! RecommendedLove the drivers from Adkins disposal. They always go the extra step, even on the occasions when we have forgotten to put the cans by the road, they actually come in the yard and get them. A big thank you to the men who run the western ave route on Wednesdays. And to the ladies in the office a big thank you for always being helpful and understanding. We really appreciate all your hard work.
first to take your money but cant give you a reason why they dont pick your trash up. first house as they turn on the road. last house as you leave no matter which direction they come from. but yet. still cant seem to get it together. wouldnt recommended at all. customer service is non existent. tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. make promises to pick up. never follows thru. unfortunately contracted to Hebron so they dont care. they know you cant go anywhere else.
I see some bad reviews here ; I'm guessing this has more to do with specific routes ? We have never been let down by our driver. He has even gotten our container himself when we've forgotten to put it out. Have never had a bad experience when calling them either. Quite the opposite. I'm sorry for those that have had bad experiences , but I'm sure they are weeding the slackers out.
Horrible service. Driver keeps saying we didn’t have trash out but we did.
Missed 4 pick ups in 3 most. Called yesterday to assure pickup today and no pick up. Driver wears headphones while driving and is on his phone while dumping my trash when he does pick up. I can post pics to prove my accusation.
