Bobbie they should have been there and got your trash by now. I am sorry for the mix up.
I've been with them for a couple of years but lately all they have is excuses for why they didn't do there job
We are a Church grounds and have 3 campmeeting a year. This has been the Only refuse service who has went above and Beyond our expectations! The Adkins brothers are professional, courteous, and just down home guys. The staff in the office are Amazing. Thanks to your dedication and hard work.

We've been with Adkins for several months now. I have nothing but good and positive things to say ! So pleased with the service, and the cost!! I'm a little upset that the neighborhood I live in, just sent out letters to try to get one service for this area. If this neighborhood takes away MY service, the one that I choose, I'm going to be highly upset!

We signed up with Adkins 6 weeks ago, paid an advance billing and the next bill and they have only picked up our garbage once, only because we called to ask why it was still in the can! I called again today because it appeared garbage had not been picked up, she assured me the driver marked it as picked up, it was not..... now here we are another 2 weeks has gone by garbage is still sitting in the Adkins can.
great company service I even forgot to put my trash out one day and called and they made a special trip to come back and didn't charge me extra love them.
So glad we made the switch. We don't know how to act after the 1st week of pickup,and didn't have to pull the container away from the street.

I switched from rumpke to Adkins and not only is it cheaper the service is so much better! They close the lid after emptying (which keeps me from having to dump rain water) and neatly put dumpster back out of the way. Prior service would leave it half in my driveway or in the street. Recommend the switch!
