Love Dr. Adkins! She has been so great with my family! Two of my children have had to have tubes and she has been so patient and kind to us. Always explaining everything she is going to do first. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Arkins was recommended by a audiologist for a hearing problem. On my first visit, she spent a lot of time examining me and asking questions. She seems to forget people aren't doctors and uses a lot of uncommon medical terms, but then adds on a more layman description. She has been very uncertain about her recommendations about treatment. Her office staff have lost one appointment (luckily they fit me in without too long a wait) and are very bad about returning calls. Looking for another ENT.
Dr. Adkins is wonderful! She has put tubes in our two year old's ears and also took out her tonsils and adenoids and both procedures went so smoothly. My daughter loves her and do we! She is kind, compassionate, and listens to you and truly understands that you know your child best. If anyone says anything negative about Dr. Adkins, they have never truly dealt with her! She is wonderful! They have a little play corner so little ones can play and kids love it.
I have been trying for months to get a refund check mailed out to me. Absolutely horrible communication! Will not return and would absolutely NEVER recommend this place.
This is one of the most caring Doctors' I've ever met. At my first visit I brought a copy of my Medical History for an FYI and she had read it before she came into the room. This is a first for any Dr. I've seen. She gave me a thorough exam explaining to me what she was seeing as she went. She got a test scheduled for me in 2 days that I had been waiting to be scheduled for 10 days. This was my first visit but she is my chosen ENT from here out. And extremely good Doctor!
