Dr. Adkins was amazing, very courteous, nice, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, she explained everything down the science of it, she made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was done!! Thank you again Dr. Adkins!!!!

Love Dr. Adkins! She has been so great with my family! Two of my children have had to have tubes and she has been so patient and kind to us. Always explaining everything she is going to do first. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Arkins was recommended by a audiologist for a hearing problem. On my first visit, she spent a lot of time examining me and asking questions. She seems to forget people aren't doctors and uses a lot of uncommon medical terms, but then adds on a more layman description. She has been very uncertain about her recommendations about treatment. Her office staff have lost one appointment (luckily they fit me in without too long a wait) and are very bad about returning calls. Looking for another ENT.
