I did not have a good experience with Adjewelation. My custom wedding band was messed up by a simple mistake of misreading the work order, then never fully corrected to what I wanted, though many attempts were made. I wouldn't be so upset and disappointed if the jeweler was honest with me about not being able to get my ring to what I wanted, instead of filling me with a dozen, "It'll be perfect, and you'll love it," and then under delivering. Brenda, We are sorry that we have to hear about this through a facebook review. After our phone call I was under the impression that you were going to bring it into to us. The original ring was cast in yellow not white yes it was a mistake. Even though it was cast in the wrong color, You told us you loved the ring EXACTLY how it was. We as anyone would expect offered to correct this and cast the exact ring in white gold at no cost to you. I agree that it took longer to re cast and set your diamond then we anticipated.
