I took in severall pieces for repair. They were not expensive pieces but were all dear to me. They repaired each one and understood their value to me. The are friendly and timely and fair priced. Will definitely return. Would give 5 stars but watch ret'd to me with battery that didnt work. Immediatley resolved.

Took my diamond studs in to get a new back, and was told that they needed a better locking back. They said it would be about 10 days for the repair. Two days later I get a call that it's done! Great service and very happy!
