RecommendedI highly recommend this facility! The staff were friendly and professional. The X-ray tech Jess was great. She was gentle and caring which was much appreciated as I was in a lot of pain. I saw the provider, had X-ray results quickly. I was splinted, got a shot for pain and sent on my way. I was very happy with my first experience there.
The PA was very rude and very dismissive. They didn't do anything to help us with our health related issue. We had to go to another place where we were properly treated. If you need good medical care, do not go here!
Very friendly in and out quickly a huge plus when you don't feel well.
Went in for a simple bee sting that I was having a bad reaction to. No wait time , staff at desk was very kind. I was seen by a nurse practitioner . She was fast , again ...only a bee sting but my arm was swelling up. She gave me meds and called in some drugs. If it was serious I would go to hospital but for what I needed , this fit the bill.
So I brought my son here for the first and LAST time. I saw a woman named Colette I wouldn’t even call her a doctor...my son was covered in a rash from his belly button up. She barely looked at him for 5 seconds and concluded that he had a viral rash and to continue taking his amoxicillin that he was on for strep he tested positive for a week earlier and take Benadryl as needed. Service was very fast and friendly. The PA was very professional, yet down to earth. Unlike other urgent care places, Lauren nailed down the cause of my fever (bacterial, NOT viral) and gave me a scrip for an antibiotic. She also acted cautiously by referring me to a lab for a Lyme test. I would definitely go back there if I was sick again while on vacation at Lake George. I highly recommend.
Great place to take my children! Staff is friendly and very professional. I didn't have that long of a wait and the office was extremely clean and tidy!! I didn't feel uncomfortable or "unclean" as I have at other Urgent Care locations. We will definitely go back!
Horrible experience even though I told them I was light headed and couldn't focus they still did nothing and sent me on my way. Thank the gods I was able to make it to Hudson Head Waters and received a proper diagnosis
Do yourself the favor and go to the emergency room or anywhere besides this place!! My husband took our son there to be seen for the flu. Well as of now, three hours later they are still waiting. My husband asked the nurse if she could retake his temp. She never returned. I had to call the place and ask what what's going on that it's been so long and why nobody is taking his temperature, to get someone back in there! Go somewhere else this place isn't worth the aggravation!
