been there 2x and they have hert me both times but there contracted by the VA CLINIC for veterans when you can't get in at the va clinic
The provider was extremely rude, blew off my concerns. Nurse and provider were in the room maybe 3 minutes total. Will not come back. As a former employee of the hospital I am very disgusted with the employees here Let’s add to it The RN Lorraine just cornered me in the room to ask why I wrote a complaint. I have now contacted the hospital directly. AVOID AT ALL COST
Brought my 3 year old with some pretty serious concerns and the staff was rude and very unpleasant. I received no help for him, and left very upset. I hope they can work on their employees and the way they treat patients.

Recommendedalways quick and courteous when we come. great with the kids especially if they are hurt.
This was our go-to Urgent Care but since they renovated, this place is a joke! They forgot about my husband and I, let a TON of people behind us go.. 1 1/2 hrs later they say they will take us next, together... NOPE, the nurse/tech was EXTREMELY rude and said no, I have to wait longer! NEVER coming back here again! Could have drove to Saratoga and been in and out quicker and without the rudeness!!
Great place to go, if you want to be judged and chatted about amongst the haggy women sitting around in a circle. I brought my daughter in for a head injury that I had found out about after being out of town, and I could hear them all whispering passing judgement in their sitting area. Also every patient that came in there after was also talked about. You get to hear about what guys the receptionist is dating that week as well . The nurse we had was great, but I wouldn’t feel confident with my hipa privacy and personal info ... read more
