No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. Was this provider friendly? Absolutely Not! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and easy to relax in while I waited for my appointment. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
