Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

This review is particular to their Albany office. Staff was professional, attentive but seemed hurried. Had to have a molar extracted that my general dentist could not do. Scheduled surgery with conscious sedation and procedure went well, I thought at the time. However, I soon realized something was odd and had my wife examine inside my mouth, where she discovered stitches in my cheek. At my follow up visit I inquired about those stitches and the staffer had no idea and there was no mention in the doctors notes. After asking... read more

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
