Not what it used to be For years Points East was our favorite place to dine out. We loved the steaks and the staff was always attentive and nice. Over the last few years we've found the food to be not nearly as good and the staff to not be as professional as it used to be. resturaunt This resturaunt would have been a good place to visit if some of the wait staff actually cared about how the customer wanted their food. After ordering a steak and telling them how I wanted it cooked they brought it out over cooked when I went it back the waiter went to the owner and told them I was unhappy with the food the owner in front of us took a bite and said it was fine. good food I have been to this restaurant and bar many times. The food is good. The bar is very nice with the new carpet and variety of games. The big screen tv is great for watching the big game too!
