All I need is a door sensor they won't sell it to me because I don't have an account
THIS IS NOT RETAIL! Only approved accounts can buy here. Hard to believe in 2026 a company refuses to sell to DIY or licensed contractors. When I went in, no one waited on me, one guy saw me and asks if he can help, I told him what I wanted, (4W tab) then took him forever on his computer to locate it then asked for my PO. then refused to sell me any.
The staff at ADI is very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have what we need in the store it's likely they can get it from one of their other store around the country.
