Very good place to check out a new car
I just pick up and drop off cars but they all seem to be good for the most part
We purchased a truck from ADESA Nashville. The whole all around experience was horrible. The truck was knocking when we got it. Dead battery. Low tires. The put the truck thru arbitration as soon as the bid was closed out. We didn’t even put the truck in arbitration. I wish we would have now. They had to know the motor was knocking on this truck and still ran it as a green light. Ride and drive. We had a very bad experience with the staff. Stay away! I may be new to the used car business but I can tell you this! Hard lesson learned…when I first started I was warned about this place. But i figured I would still give them a try…well I soon seen what other dealers from across the entire state of Tennessee & other states ( GA, MS, IN, IL, VA, WV) were telling me. So yeah…I will retrieve my very last vehicle from this place and gladly walk away! There are way better auctions with GREAT customer service in Tennessee.
