I have just moved into my new Fischer home. I was very surprised at the large number of floorplans available covering a wide range of prices. And the prices were very close to what I was seeing for 8-10 year old houses. After being frustrated for months in the existing home market I went to Fischer and got the ball rolling. Everything went good till we closed. Nothing gets fixed right. Gotta pull teeth to get work done. Never again. Never recommend
