I would like to say this place is amazing Eric helped me out twice with my vehicle and I will continue coming because he has great service
I am a customer of this business. The owner, Eric, is straightforward and provided me with the price to fix my Toyota van. Angie, the manager, is very professional and keeps me updated on the progress of the repairs. Guillermo, the shop manager, patiently answers all my questions and even shared some tips on how to wash my van. I am pleased with the service and will refer others to them.
Super communicative, explaining every step and keeping me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated their transparency. no surprise costs, and they called before making any changes. They also helped coordinate everything with my insurance, which made the whole experience much less stressful. The repairs were done on time, and my car looks brand new. They even cleaned the interior before returning it. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional shop that keeps it real, this is the place to go.
I wouldn't recommend this place because I went for a quote, and then I decided took my car in for the repair. When they call us to let me know my car was ready they had increased the price $200 dollars. My suggestion is that if you go for a quote get it writing!!!!!! specially at this place because I'm not the first person they give a quote and then change the amount.
Seriously blown away by the work Ademesa Body Shop did on my Model 3! I've got to give a huge shout-out to Eric and his whole crew – they're just awesome! Honestly, my biggest worry after the car got dinged up was whether the new paint would actually match the rest. You know how it can sometimes look a little off?
