Seth was amazing! Did major repair of stack between 2 nd and 3 rd floors. Great communication skills as well…letting know when he would arrive and what needed to happen next. Turns out we needed to add on to the job another complicated change with whole house water shut off. He did this in a timely manner so we could complete the job quickly! Cindy
The job is not yet complete and the bill not presented but I wanted to take the time to write my opinion of the days work supplied by Seth. He came a long way to assess the situation and came back the next day (today) to do the work. He was very patient in explaining what was needed and what had to be done. He worked VERY hard in a dirty situation and got us back in business which allowed us to stay home. I could not be more impressed with his professionalism. Great hire!!!
I called the office today (7/9/25) seeking clarification on my plumber's bill. He had told me the labor would take two hours, but both the receptionist and supervisor insisted it was actually 3 hours and 45 minutes—charging me for 3 hours and rounding the extra time as break or miscellaneous tasks. Both asked, “So you think the plumber is lying?” which struck me as weird and accusatory. It took me several days and multiple calls to reach the supervisor.
