I don't know where to start other than say the food is tasteless, the decor looks like a circus train had an accident, they only take cash or checks (I don't remember when the last time I wrote a check) and no one cares how your food was. Save your time and money, Taco Bell tastes better than this place.

I honestly have no idea what kind of food the people who gave this place good reviews are accustomed to eating. We live right downtown and put off trying this place for months because of the bad (honest) reviews on Google, but last night we took a chance because we were in the mood for Mexican and Cactus Grille (excellent) gets enough of our business. Have loved this place for 15 years! It's a small family owned restaurant. Della is wonderful! Ron is great! Matt is Chef extraordinaire! Many wonderful memories made here. My daughter became engaged here. My family has celebrated many milestones here. Thank you Adelita! We live your place!!!!
Adelita's has a long history in Larimer County going all the way back to Della's Mom and Pop with the Eldorado in Ft Collins After over 35 years as a customer and many hundreds of Mexican eateries behind me at other restaurants Adelita's is still one of my favorite of the all. Good food, great people and wonderful ambieance. The place is small and can require a significant wait to get a table but it is well worth the wait.
