I’m the seller, the buyers chose this law firm. Closing was 9/16/25 and the law firm does not wire funds. I received the check on 9/17 and deposited it in my bank. Received noticed today that my bank does not believe the account the check was drawn in has the appropriate funds available. This is not acceptable and could cause an issue with my closing next week. I would not choose this law firm.
Adelia and her team handled the “By Owner” closing for my property. Everything went perfectly smooth, communication was clear and concise so I knew exactly what was happening when and where. Fee was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend this group of professionals. Thank you very much!
Went in to start a contract to buy, first time buyer so I had a lot of questions, he didn’t even try to explains and answered questions really rude the whole time even though we paid for the time. Definitely won’t be coming back and closing with them.
