I’m the seller, the buyers chose this law firm. Closing was 9/16/25 and the law firm does not wire funds. I received the check on 9/17 and deposited it in my bank. Received noticed today that my bank does not believe the account the check was drawn in has the appropriate funds available. This is not acceptable and could cause an issue with my closing next week. I would not choose this law firm.
