Extremely difficult to deal with. Dont bother
I stayed 3 nights. The location is great on North Terrace near the hospital and City West free tram stops. I got a room upgrade that put me into a spacious, well-appointed Queen room with a balcony, spa bath and two lounges. All very clean and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and the room rates in winter are a bargain. Not a single nit-pick but all compliments. Oh and try Peter Rabbit garden cafe close by for a pleasurable experience
Perfect location.
The first thing that happened when my daughter and myself got here was that there was no where to park to check in. When checking in I was asked if I needed parking after me saying it took me ages to find a park. I said yes please two nights. After going through other parts of the check in the girl said that’ll just be $50 dollars for the parking, which is not mentioned anywhere when booking on the fact that there is parking there. Some rooms are newly renovated, some are a bit older. Staff is friendly, and will help out if you need extra blankets/towels/etc. Great location, easy to walk to anywhere in the CBD from here!
