I booked a room for a couple, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. When booking, the app clearly stated that parking was available. However, after confirming the reservation, I received a text message on my personal phone saying there was no parking available. I immediately contacted the hotel to cancel the booking due to this issue, but they refused and were extremely rude.
