The psychologists at this practice are fantastic, and I had no issue continuing my sessions with them. However, I ultimately stopped going due to poor management and the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff. My main issues were with how appointments were handled. For example, I received a text at 5 p.m. the night before, offering me an earlier spot for the next day. The therapists are excellent, but the receptionists are unprofessional. They frequently make scheduling errors, fail to send updates on policy and price changes, and there is constant turnover among them.
