Very clean, comfortable and central location. The manager Bernadine was so helpful and friendly.
The Paringa is dirty, the rooms are basic and not clean. The receptionist (male) is so rude and doesn't care who he speaks abruptly to. Arrogant and sloppy. Please note....THERE IS NEW STAFF NOW AT THE PARINGA. I HAVENT BEEN BACK SINCE SPOKEN TO ABRUPTLY. The Paringa could be much better now.
Bernie and the team were amazing! Good central location, they are fixing things up around the place and were responsive to anything that needed to be addressed. Thanks for the hospitality and laughs.
Booked a night, rooms were great. Paid an expensive bond and did not get a refund due to apparent urine found in a bath tub. Called the hotel to discuss the matter and the customer service was terrible, telling me i cant get my bond refunded i am blacklisted from the hotel and then hung up on me.
