If I hadn't had such a positive first impression at reception with Sarah upon check in I may have looked elsewhere, rooms are in DESPERATE need of renovations, I cannot fault the cleaners, my room was surprisingly clean considering how old and out dated everything is, coffee mugs, kettle etc immaculate. The staff really made the difference between me leaving a 2/3 star rating and a 5, purely from their efforts upon reception and the clear aim to make the rooms as clean as possible despite the age of everything.

Room was good on first impressions for the cost but couldn't sleep between people yelling arguing and running up and down passage banging and a constant very very loud dripping noise like water dropping on our air con, also bathroom was dirty, there was hair left over from other customers and not just one, filled up bath and black mould stuff started floating to tge top of the water, window frame was all rusted out, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the supplied containers, only 2 PowerPoint's worked, couldn't get to t... read more
