⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the second time I've used their building inspection services, and I'm just as impressed as the first time! The inspector was extremely thorough and detail-oriented, taking the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answer all of our questions. Very grateful to Wicky for superb service. He was flexible with scheduling a building inspection during my cooling off period, was incredibly thorough, took the time to talk everything through with me and even sent through different resources. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a building inspection done. Even the agent commented how good he was!
Adelaide Independent Building Inspections have been very comprehensive in their reporting during the process of my new build. The thoroughness of their reporting has been excellent. The reports clearly outlines the issues where breaches have occurred with supporting documentation from the relevant sources.
Five inspections across the build. 131 pages on the last one. I now know more about my house than the people who built it. Worth every cent. Had Wicky at stages 2, 3, 4, 6. By the end the builder had stopped arguing and started taking notes.
I have used Adelaide Independent Building Inspections several times now and have always felt very reassured and confident with their service. They are thorough, reliable and professional, and I really appreciate the detailed explanations and advice provided after each inspection. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy building inspector.
