Absolutely irate this morning. I’ve woken up to machinery and loud noise on your building site across the road. Work started at 5:30am! I spoke to trades onsite and was informed that they had to start work this early as Simonds Homes had told them to. My partner is in SAPOL has been on night shift. I will be making a complaint to the council for the second time for this job site.
Our experience with Simonds has been nothing short of amazing during the initial stage as of now. We’re especially grateful to our new home specialist, Sid, who has gone above and beyond in helping us navigate every step of the home selection and design process. Being first-time builders, we’ve learned so much thanks to Sid’s insights and suggestions. We are waiting for an exciting gallery selection and so on from here. Thanks Simonds & Sid.
We had a great experience so far with Simonds, special thank you to our new home specialist Sid, who has been exceptional, guiding us throughout the whole process in selecting and designing our home. As first time builders, Sid has also provided us a wealth of information and ideas. We could not ask for anyone better to start this journey.
Very bed service after hand over We have moved from last six month . Show all issues to site supervisor and email number of times to head office but only small issues are fixed . Stone joint pending from last 6 month. It’s coming off from joint. Stove half of burner goes off automatically. Only 3 are working. Tilling are up and down they said some will attach soon but no one came. Gutters are not on proper slop they try to fix by supervisor but didn’t work. They said someone will attend.no one came .
