This is a builder with no care factor. Recently, we had a handover of our new house and found out that Simonds Home has not followed its own engineering report for stormwater, putting the house at risk. The Construction manager was notified, and he called me to advise that this would be fixed as a priority. 3 weeks on and it still hasn't been fixed properly. They keep sending the same plumber who did not follow the engineering report, and the plumber came twice to fix the issues caused by them and the builder. The issue has ... read more
We went into Mount barker Simonds Homes and we had Samantha DeRose who helped us with choosing our design and all the changes we made and questions we had. The service that we received both in work hours and outside of work hours was really amazing and showed just how much she wanted us to have the most magical experience with building our forever home. Absolutely irate this morning. I’ve woken up to machinery and loud noise on your building site across the road. Work started at 5:30am! I spoke to trades onsite and was informed that they had to start work this early as Simonds Homes had told them to. My partner is in SAPOL has been on night shift. I will be making a complaint to the council for the second time for this job site.
