Excellent service with care and kindness. In need of an emergency replacement for a child days before travel we happened upon the optometrist due to the need for quick replacement. What we didn’t expect to receive alongside a rapid replacement, was the exceptional service and care to details to ensure the comfort of a child’s glasses. We look forward to returning to explore the wide range of glasses available.
I highly recommend this place for spectacles and optometry. I have a difficult astigmatism/myopia prescription with progressive lenses and requested a new pair to be produced with Zeiss lenses on a new frame as my old spectacles were from another brand and had scratches. The first pair I received which were made had some issues and appeared to have not been made correctly. I have never had my eyes checked before and had my appointment with optometrist Christina. She was super lovely & explained everything clearly and talked me through the process. Would highly recommend!
I recently visited ACO for the first time and had the best experience ever! Christina Karapetis performed the most thorough eye exam I've ever had and really listened to my experiences. I now have glasses that actually make a difference. Plus, their selection of eyewear is unmatched and the person who helped me find my pair had fantastic taste! Thank you so much!
I have seen reviews for Paul Fotkou describing him as the best optometrist in Adelaide. I agree. He takes the time to do a thorough examination and explain to me everything that is going on with my eyes. BUT... outside the exam rooms is a disaster. *Do not buy glasses here.* 1. They are incredibly expensive. I don't mind paying a bit more for quality, which is what I thought I was getting, but is far from what I have received.
