Dr. Ansari is a great doctor; it literally took me a decade to get properly diagnosed and treated, so she is a Godsend. However, her staff is awful. It is rare to call and talk to a human, and I don't think I've ever received a call back, when I leave a message. Twice, they have delayed so long in calling in my prescriptions (we're talking weeks) that I've run out of my medication. How effective can even the best treatment be, when I clerical failures deny me access to prescribed treatment?
Very professional office and they are up on the latest treatments for both diabetes and thyroid issues
I had to fight with her NP to put me on insulin, when I clearly needed it. Her NP will consult her frequently during my visit. The wait time is horrible actually. If your appointment is not at 830, expect to wait an hour or more. As you wait enjoy seeing all the pharmaceutical reps come and go with ease. They are informative compared to other endo's I have seen so I stay. Their office is hard to get through and they never call as a reminder or about test results.
Very impersonal, no exam, vague answers
Dr Ansari is extremely nice, caring and professional. She explained everything I wanted to know about my condition in a clear manner. I was very impressed.
Very unprofessional office and Dr. 1st visit. No exam but ordered tests telling me to call her in 2 weeks to get results. After attempting for 2 months, I finally gave up. (My GP stepped in to consult and treat) Staff changes constantly, phone frequently busy, no option for a message and when I did reach someone they were unable to answer anything and will have SOMEONE call back. Never did anyone call back including Dr. Now, 1 YEAR later I receive a call to confirm a follow up apt.
