great doctor BUT . . . Please call ex press scrips in a timely manner for my refills.
I was a patient of Dr. Ansari at her previous location and I'm sorry to say I can no longer see her now that she's in Elk Grove. But I want everyone to know that when I started seeing her I had a small goiter on the side of my neck and after her treating me it is completely gone. Also she noticed in my file that I had a dexa scan that showed pre-osteoporosis in one hip. She spent quite a bit of time explaining what this meant to me and got me on Fosamax. Three messages for a phone call from Dr. Ansari and not one returned call! Also, My mail order pharmacy on two occasions never received a response from the office staff regarding a refill, and I had to call them twice! Poor patient relations!
Dr. Ansari is the best physician I have ever been able to work with. After years of suffering and seeing different doctors I was lucky enough to see her and she literally saved my life. I have been seeing her for over two years. I am so grateful to her and highly recommend her.
Has always seen me as a whole person which is rare these days. Sometime the office dose run a little rough but they do try and given a calm discussion they are very receptive. It all starts from the top and Dr. Adeela N. Ansari has a ballanced kind of joy for what she dose and keeps an open mind. Not always easy to get in to see as she must have heavily work load or other projects but through patients it is worth it to wait and go through all the paper work (keep a copy for the visit) .
I have been suffering from the effects of a tumor on my parathyroid for at least a year now. Dr. Ansari knows I have a tumor and it needs to be removed, but wouldn't mark the request for a CT scan as urgent, nor has her office even begun to send the request to the insurance company. It's dangerous to my health to deny me care for additional weeks to a months. What kind of doctor treats a tumor like setting up an appointment for braces?
I love Dr Ansari she is the best and i would not go anywhere else.
