The aid that I had is wonderful. Customer service terrible. In one month they didn't send her out to my house 4 times.They never called me, never let me know anything.And when I called them , oh , she's gonna be there , they lie a lot.
I love to work for this company I love to help others and Mrs Carrie care about our clients she make sure they have what they need specifically went we go through difficult times.

My client Mr. Robert Jenkins has been my client for almost ten years and he says he loves the company, the staff and most of all the service. He wouldn't charge company's if they paid him he said. He said overall his experience has been outstanding! And they bet not try and move his aide to someone else, because he loves me like family. And trust me more.
