Well Addus started out good but I will let you be the judge. I had a doctor's appointment on a day that was her off day so I asked could we switch the lady who ran the office said no I wouldn't have asked but this was very important my health that was on a Thursday she calls Friday to ask me to switch my Tuesday I said no. I have been using Addus for awhile now and I am very pleased with the service I am receiving. My caregiver is very nice and supportive, she is a good person and what makes her good is she cares and that's what makes it better for me. Addus is always there for me and let me know that they are there if I have any problems.
Addus has been providing services to my next door neighbor for several months. They have been totally dependable and reliable. His aide, Reginald, has gone above and beyond in not only providing required services but becoming a trusted friend. I would highly recommend them for home care services.
