Addus is a Sorry excuse for Medicare home care. A high school freshman could run this better. You call in a complaint and they try talking over you and making excuses for their poorly ran office.
As a former employee I know first hand what this place is like. This place isn’t properly run. Management talks down to you. Treats staff like children. Yet doesn’t know how to do her job. Says one thing and then says another all the time. Place is dysfunctional. Lacks mutual respect, lacks consistency and miss communicates on what to do in certain situations. A caregiver said we were not home when we were. They said she knocked on the door but we always keep our door open. Why would someone lie. Need better people
